一向都鐘意食法國菜，之前有去過尖沙咀Royal Inn 食過lunch 同下午茶，環境同食物質素都不錯，今晚去了銅鑼灣皇室堡分店，大門正中位置放了一座歐式的大噴水池，黑白地板，充滿法式氛圍的佈置，有種奢華的浪漫。頭盤：Escargot Cho牛油焗田螺已經被擺盤吸引住，大大粒田螺肉鮮嫩彈牙，薯蓉好綿滑，香草牛油香味逼人，薯蓉沾上牛油香味，再配上烤過的農夫包，麵包脆口，連同田螺肉一併食，口感豐富及有層次感主菜：Chicken Fricassee 法式大蒜蘑菇忌廉烤雞好有法式風味的主菜，烤雞肉質鮮嫩好Juicy，忌廉汁一點兒都不油膩好清新，奶油味極香濃，醬汁厚身，沾上酸種麵包食，味道一流，互相配合，大蒜散發出濃郁的香味，炸赫一絲絲亦都炸得好香脆甜品：Dessert Platter 精選甜品拼盤（鮮果撻、馬卡龍、芝士蛋糕、焦糖脆脆）簡直是美麗的拼圖，好打卡able 的甜品，佈滿了美味鮮果撻及馬卡龍，色彩繽紛。飲品方面White Orchard 白桃果園味道清香，用作解油膩，感覺好舒服
