開頭諗住去馬田嗰邊搵嘢食,行過一間餐廳見到佢有隻火腿擺喺度,於是老婆就行埋去睇下啦,見到餐牌先知原來呢間係一間西餐廳, 諗返起其實元朗都冇乜類似嘅西餐廳於是就同老婆兩個人去試下啦。我地叫嘅係$438 餐嘅,有4個course 可以選:帶子魚子醬, 魚子醬嘅咸帶出帶子嘅鮮甜味, 上面加左D 青蘋果絲, 令成個頭盤加左D青新味, 幾醒胃西班牙火腿, 風乾36個月, 食落唔乾身, 仲有小小油份, 就咁食都唔會太咸, 慢慢嘴爵下D香味慢慢出黎,當然如果有杯紅酒係到一齊食就更好啦. 白松露湯: 比起出面飲嘅松露湯會稀少少,但係個香味一啲都唔會少,因為佢除咗用咗好多松露喺湯入面之外,佢仲有加咗少少松露油,真係未上枱就已經聞到香味。熟薰三文魚魚子煙燻過嘅三文魚加上三文魚子,再加一啲餐廳調製嘅醬汁,中間仲混合左啲蟹肉,食係上黎有幾個唔同層次。燒西班牙伊比利豬鞍架:比平時出面食嘅豬鞍更厚身, 但一D都唔韌, 肉質鬆軟而且充滿肉汁. 伴碟有個黑松露汁, 我都只係點過一兩次. 因為本身個豬鞍肉味好出。 伴碟嘅蔬菜都好鮮甜,其中特別係紅菜頭,食落去多汁又甜,仲一啲都唔澀。西班牙紅蝦飯: 隻蝦仲大過隻碟呀一上檯

西班牙紅蝦飯: 隻蝦仲大過隻碟呀一上檯香氣撲鼻, 廚師好好心咁已經將肉起出嚟,肉質彈牙爽口個頭入面仲有好多膏㖭, 個飯係用海鮮湯煮成嘅,每一啖都好清甜而且唔會話有生米,亦都唔會over cook,時間拿捏得好好.

同大廚傾過,佢做呢間餐廳主要目的係想做私房菜嘅類型,所以餐牌嘅選擇唔會太多,佢入貨亦都唔會一次入太多,以面啲材料唔夠新鮮感,而餐牌佢都會定期換下。 如果想食嘅朋友呢,最好就訂位位先去啦
