Hong Kong Style Fast Food Food Wise Eateries

To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

本週因客戶都在上環信德中心活動，所以可以試不同早餐，今次第一次幫襯，名字叫 Deli O，看外表裝修，非常簡潔，感覺有點歐陸Feel。餐牌款式，大都是西式早餐，沒有那些糯米雞炒面等，中式早餐選擇。今次點了西式雞扒炒蛋，熱檸茶。雞扒口感不會太乾，有肉汁，可能是煎出來，不是炸的。炒蛋很滑，有咬口，不會水汪汪。最好味是薯角，好香口，大大舊。栗米粒也不錯，甜甜地。牛油多士，十分香脆，然後再配上一杯熱檸茶，就 Perfect 喇。一天的開始，能有如此飽足，就唔怕沒有精神喇。值得加分系有送餐服務，在早上如此懶洋洋狀態，實在最稱心不過。
