放咗工梗係要食啲好野令自己開心啲,今次同朋友就黎到H8的BEL CIBO食晚餐。事先已經book定位,所以好快入座,而且服務都好細心。而今次我們每人都order了一份set dinner,準備開心食餐好!先有顏色豐富的野菜沙律配水果醋汁同頭盤黑松露汁煮鮑魚及酥皮釀田螺。沙律用水果醋汁好特別,味道酸酸甜甜,令沙律菜感覺好清新。至於黑松露汁煮鮑魚味道出眾,鮮甜而且肉質煮得好腍的鮑魚,淋上濃郁的黑松露磨菇汁,每一口都令人回味!而酥皮釀田螺非常美味,酥皮鬆脆得黎又軟身,一啲都唔油膩,切開後還熱辣辣,入面仲釀滿肥美的田螺,好食!是日餐湯係香甜而且又濃又幼滑好creamy的南瓜湯還放了好脆的餅乾條。終於都食主菜了分別有車打芝士焗自家制漢堡扒配羅文菜,芒果汁及酥皮焗西班牙豬柳配美國露荀。漢堡扒有好香的芝士味,而且肉質好juices好嫩滑,夠厚身咬落有口感,中間部分有濃濃芝士,好正。而羅文菜本身就清脆爽甜,加上酸酸甜甜的芒果汁,食落好滋味,而且感覺好fresh,可以減低油膩感!而酥皮焗西班牙豬柳配美國露荀,個酥皮好薄,焗得外脆內嫩好香口,而且有好多菇加埋一齊焗,令味道更豐富,連豬柳一齊食,食法好特別。
