To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

今次同朋友過咗嚟呢間喺HKU附近嘅藍白歐陸風情小餐館食dinner，藍白色嘅門口好打卡裏面亦都好多乾花瓷磚等等嘅裝飾品，好有異國風情，食物亦都present得靚又好食Parma Ham·水牛芝士·蜜瓜係超吸睛嘅前菜，擺盤落足心機，賣相亦有啲似聖誕花環，上面放咗好多食用花做裝飾，Parma ham，芝士同蜜瓜呢個配搭冇得輸，蜜瓜咬落好爽甜，加埋酸酸地嘅黑醋好開胃明太子烤雞翼好香脆，雞翼個面甜甜脆脆，上面重鋪咗啲醬汁，蔥粒同魚子，一齊食好惹味意式鮮茄牛肉雜菜濃湯嘅擺盤都靚，白色嘅碟邊加咗少少綠紅色嘅裝飾，好少西湯側邊會有埋裝飾，呢個真係幾有心思，加分，清清地嘅蕃茄味湯加埋啲牛肉粒粒飲落濃而不膩香煎野生比目魚·芒果柚子醋沙律，個魚整得好入味，而且魚皮煎得好香脆，外脆內軟👍🏼旁邊嘅沙律撈埋甜甜地嘅芒果粒粒幾refreshing芝士和牛長通粉焗得香噴噴，食落幾得意因為甜甜地，加埋芝士同和牛粒粒好飽肚雜莓意大利奶凍呢個甜品好香奶味，口感好順滑，上面仲鋪滿冰凍嘅藍莓同紅桑子，健康又好食佢嘅飲品都好色彩繽紛同打卡，我哋order咗草莓蔓越莓特飲同菠蘿柚子蜜，清甜解渴，佢連啲冰粒都係用蝶豆花水加埋果乾整
