To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

必試的福建菜！呢度食1至2000都已經好多樣，大約就10個人食😋抵到爛！比起銅鑼灣莆田，質素比較好，又平過好多！有些大廚精選推介更係一流。我屋企人鍾意食魚！叫條沙巴龍躉仔都係168左右，甘要係魚缸度新鮮即劏即煮，酒樓都冇甘正呀！瀨尿蝦都係冇得頂，唔洗自己拆，起好晒D肉過你！小朋友又食得勁開心，大人又可以傾下計。福建滷面必試😋比較起莆田岩我多D！可能口味唔同，呢度都好似100左右定唔洗，又足料，岩晒大人細路一齊食！😋😋😋炒面都唔錯，夠穫氣！煎蠔餅嗰D都勁正，夠新鮮唔錯！五香雞卷都正到喊咖！😋😋仲有秘製醬汁係度，先26蚊一卷！外賣堂食都一流，係佢地每日新鮮包的，正到！鴨湯都好好味，夠晒新鮮！
