Info:

To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

2019年4月10日（星期三）酒香不怕巷子深，即使再簡陋，再屈「側」，依然客源不絕，無阻顧客幫襯熱情。三 人幫襯，叫咗：蕃茄鮮肉湯餃10隻（$36）、五香牛肉麵（$36）、小辣擔擔麵（ $34）、冰凍青瓜（ $20）麻小辣土豆絲（ $26）蕃茄鮮肉淨湯餃（一碟10隻），皮薄餡靚、新鮮好味，必食！五香牛肉其實係滷水牛𦟌，淋軟無筋，比得上一等一嘅台灣清燉牛肉，各人讚不絕口擔擔麵就算榨菜有少少筋，味道濃香，簡直係至愛，必點。一碗三人分享，份量不少！小食土豆絲、青瓜，美食盡顯！食盡大小食店，最愛嘅餃子係山東餃子館，其他的都不能相提並論！
