To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. #小秘書 今日又約咗朋友食好嘢,朋友想食中餐,之前聽過介紹話香港老飯店值得一試,於是上星期已book定枱。朋友未到先叫個核桃燻蛋同醉鴿子食住等,燻蛋金黃色流心黃,😋超好味。醉鴿子酒味香唔太濃。烤雙方,麵包㚒係蜜汁火腿同炸豆腐皮,三重口感,一食已經愛上😍而主菜干煎小黃魚,煎得非常香,外脆內軟,啖啖肉。清炒蝦仁夠爽脆,清淡之選,加少少醋一齊食,味道仲有D似賽螃蟹👍#小秘書 加三個朋友,點咗三個前菜、五個主食同甜品,食得咁豐富$1500有找。
