To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 位置較偏僻但係餐廳幾大同唔殘舊菜單好多選擇基本要咩中菜有咩雞牛魚鴨羊豬海鮮通通齊我地都叫咗2前菜 4主菜 1小食 1甜品1️⃣燻蛋必叫之選! 係逐隻叫不過2隻起其實就係涵水流心蛋特別在食落/聞落有陣燻煙味唔知點整架呢相信功夫甚多又要燒又要熟唔曬而且流心蛋黃鹹鹹地配甜甜地嘅凍蛋白😍好食另外佢仲配啲合桃而合桃上面有層焦糖加芝麻粒食落香脆可口👍🏻2️⃣鎮江餚肉依個都係名菜樣子好得意好似結咗冰嘅肉食落似晶瑩剔透嘅’嗜喱’夾雜住啲肉色鮮紅嘅火腿咁放入口鹹鹹地又涼依個應該功夫都多3️⃣松鼠黃魚成條魚鋪滿茄汁醬/甜酸醬橙紅色而且因為炸過多表好似有’刺咁’味道唔錯醬汁唔太酸而且仲脆卜卜不過我嚴佢唔夠魚肉似食緊茄汁味嘅米通多過食緊魚所以如果為食海鮮就唔啱叫依個4️⃣樟茶大鴨又一個傳統特色菜一大隻燒鴨旁邊擺咗啲麵包粒外觀幾得意鴨算多肉地腍而且好入味所以勸唔需要點另有嘅椒鹽麵包就好睇唔好食冇味同硬5️⃣干扁四季豆炒得好香四季豆咬落爽身唔會’鞋’唔會好鹹6️⃣金腿菜粒炒飯食落粒粒分明乾身有芥蘭粒炒蛋火腿不過其實俾火腿搶矖味因為夠鹹但係芥蘭粒好爽口脆脆地令炒飯多啲層次感遍油7️⃣蔥油大餅超厚
