To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

在跑馬地辦了點事，順手吃個飯才回家想吃中菜，便隨意入了一家上海菜館，裝潢很有中國味。看到優惠價的黑松露小籠包當然要點一客！店家本有全日套餐，不過我們二人想分著吃，就單點了幾款餐點。陳年花雕醉雞7時多，點了店家最後一份醉雞一嘗，酒味香淳，雞皮爽口，雞肉結實而有肉香，果真是熱銷的菜式！不是一般冰鮮貨可比擬。家鄉燻魚口感結實，醬汁香氣充分地滲入魚肉裡，味道香甜濃郁，相當正宗！黑松露小籠包本以為黑松露味會過於濃郁，在這裡卻發揮得恰到好處沒有搶去豬肉的風頭，而是隱約為它帶來一絲香氣，好吃！嫩雞煨麵看見奶白色的湯頭我就放心了清淡而鮮的湯頭，滲入蔬菜的清爽，麵條軟綿而不爛，is my all time comfort food.菜品出色，店員親切有禮，必須收藏在口袋的餐廳!
