To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

今晚同同事去號馬地覓食,鐘意呢度環境夠清靜,唔似市區咁多人行行下發覺都幾多餐廳,行到轉角斜路見到有間叫"上海弄堂",睇個門口又見到有報紙介紹過,野食好似好吸引好又好耐無食過上海野,咁就試下啦!餐廳環境簡潔乾淨,坐得非常舒適價錢親民,款式都很多選擇,令人花多眼亂朋友鐘意食醉雞,簡直是超水準之作,雞件厚而嫩滑, 由雞皮, 雞肉, 甚至雞骨, 也滲透出濃濃的酒香味道.前菜:非常可口的黃瓜,酸酸微辣味好開胃上海菜點可以唔叫菜肉餛飩,配上豬肉十分鮮甜,每粒都充滿肉汁,新鮮有咬口獅子頭既肉質鬆化唔會太過死實，啲醬汁夠濃用來配菜飯就最啱,必吃
