Restaurant: Hong Kong Old Restaurant

To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 夜晚和親戚慶祝生日,所以特別前往飯店進飯。小食:每兩人一碟,每20蚊一碟。砂碗雲吞雞(半份):雞肉很鮮嫩又不鞋身,湯底不是味精湯底,而是味道充滿左金華火腿既濃郁味。雲吞細細粒,入面為豬肉啊!脆蜇頭:個人喜歡食爽口既小食,依度既海蜇頭好爽口,份量比出面餐廳為多。我喜歡點上酸汁令味道更突出。南翔小籠:十隻小籠包足以四人食用,小籠包包皮不乾身又不厚,但能完完全全包住湯汁和鮮豬肉!豬肉鮮味,滲出大量肉汁,非常推介比大家食用的首選!擔擔麵:價錢便宜,雖然只是一人份量,但湯底不馬乎!擔擔麵麵質彈牙,配合肉碎令擔擔麵不會太單調,花生醬湯底不稀不結。高麗豆沙:入面既豆沙份量適中,甜味足夠。和家人們也喜歡食用,作為飯後甜點不錯的選擇!
