To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 去書展前食定個早餐打底,估唔到都唔係等好耐,兩個人等左大概五至十分鐘就有位。叫左個常餐($36)同炒蛋多士,火腿通粉普通貨色,湯底無咩特別,通粉無話特別彈牙。成個餐最特別反而係杯凍奶茶,夠凍又夠香濃!好少街出面既奶茶加左咁多冰都唔會沖淡d味,值得一讚!炒蛋多士比常餐既炒蛋更厚,建議鐘意食蛋既朋友可以直接叫炒蛋多士:-)除左杯奶茶真係無咩再黎多次既原因,不過都有興趣試下叉燒意粉既~
