聽朋友介紹好耐,今日終於黎尖沙咀食呢間超過50年嘅老字號米芝蓮印度餐廳。裝修有特色之餘,仲有戶外及海景座位選擇。因為餐牌實在太多選擇,唔想花多眼亂就㨂咗招牌嘅TASTING MENU。聽住印度肥叔叔介紹,話一定啱我地食。哈哈。先黎嘅係Homemade Mango Chutney & Poppadums: 呢一道係脆皮薄餅配自製的芒果醬。芒果醬酸甜可口,味道鮮明清新,搭配薄餅脆脆很有層次感。 之後係Pani Poori: 平時睇YOUTUBE就見得多呢個街頭小食,今日終於試到實物了。脆皮外皮入面塞滿了調味過的馬鈴薯和薄荷醬料。食之前可以先倒入底下嘅薄荷汁。一啖咬開後,湯汁會噴出來,口感酥脆多汁非常開胃。前菜係Malabar Crab Taco:一個墨西哥軟薄餅,夾著香辣的喀拉拉風味蟹肉餡。蟹肉鮮甜多汁,辣味恰到好處,帶出刺激味蕾嘅口感,襯托起軟熟嘅薄餅。賣相都味道都十分唔錯。另一個前菜係Chicken Tikka:顧名思義即係印度香料烤雞。雞肉經過酸奶和香料醃製,再經烤製後肉質保持鮮嫩多汁,表皮微焦帶有香料香氣,入口軟稔又不失口感。好食。跟住係Lamb Galouti Kabab:羊肉餅
