To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 2020年8月24日 星期一今日係疫情之後第一個工作天,由於實在係太攰,返到屋企都唔想煮飯,於是就同老婆去到銅鑼灣買嘢食返屋企喺希慎廣場見到食物廣場夜晚唔可以做堂食,所以全部餐廳都只可以做外賣,咁岩就見到原來開咗一間百芳池上便當,思念台灣嘅心情即刻湧上心頭見到餐廳嘅餐牌主打當然係台式便當,同時亦都有好多台灣菜式提供最後我同老婆每人要做一個便當拎返屋企食,加埋兩個人都唔使$120,價錢當然比起台灣食嘅有啲貴,不過喺呢個商場來講就屬於中等嘅價錢返到去打開個便當嚟睇,發現仲係微暖既,而且配料有好多,唔係剩係得鹽酥豬扒。首先豬扒好厚身,而且咬落去鬆軟,調味足夠,仲有肉汁流出黎。睇落去以為得四舊怕唔夠食,點知每一舊都大大件,夠晒份量。配料方面特別欣賞便當嘅酸菜,因為撈埋粟米同飯一齊食,味道更加豐富,越食越開胃,同喺台灣食到嘅便當感覺差唔多,可以一解我哋嘅思鄉之苦
