今日同朋友食晚飯,朋友話想食台灣菜,我地揀左去稻埕飯店,飯店位於銅鑼灣食街之稱嘅燈籠街,飯店位於地庫,門口位好闊落,set左個位比人客打卡。我地order左胡椒三星葱肉包,薑母黑麻油雞湯,滿滿骨膠原豬手,滷肉飯,而飲品方面我地叫左台式特飲蜂蜜金鑽鳳梨汁黑糖珍珠奶蓋。首先介紹下胡椒三星葱肉包,包皮好煙韌,餡料有充滿胡椒嘅豬肉,味道有d似傳統台灣食品嘅胡椒餅,有少少辣,但好惹味。而薑母黑麻油雞湯,湯味很濃,有淡淡清香的麻油味,雞肉雖然煲完湯但係飲落都好鮮嫩, 份量足夠兩個人飲用。而骨膠原豬手,整得好淋好好食,豬手嘅肉好juicy,入口即溶。滷肉飯上面有半隻半熟蛋, 滷肉加上半熟蛋嘅蛋汁,撈埋一齊嚟食,味道好配合,而且飯的份量不會太多,唔會食完個飯之後就飽曬食唔到其他嘢。飲品方面蜂蜜金鑽鳳梨汁,充滿菠蘿香味,好天然,唔會太甜,黑糖珍珠奶蓋上面有濃濃嘅牛奶香味,底下好多珍珠。飯店是一間傳統的台灣菜,大家去開銅鑼灣可以去試下,就算依家疫情去唔到旅行,都可以試下正宗嘅台灣菜。
