今日朋友介紹這間位於銅鑼灣的正宗台灣菜,這裏裝修以一套台灣劇集「華燈初上」的懷舊酒吧佈置,所以這裏有多處好靚嘅打卡位!這裏亦有多款特色飲品,飲品的裝飾都很精緻。話梅小山藥山藥即係淮山,淮山同話梅一齊醃製大約48小時,味道酸酸地幾爽口。白滷水九孔鮑魚鮑魚大大隻,一隻切開兩邊,第一啖咬落去就食到台灣風味,滷水都好入味,幾好食😋蟹肉蛋白泡泡脆米雞湯上枱時見到四個蛋白喺雞湯上面,剛好每人一隻,雞湯好鮮甜,脆米煮得好淋好有口感,每一啖都食到蟹肉,整體味道不錯! 鹽酥波士頓龍蝦脆角豆金瓜龍蝦🦞炸得好香口咬落多汁,脆角同豆金瓜炸至金黃食脆卜卜好好食😋黑松露鮮百合花百合花煮得好淋,加入黑松露,味道香濃好惹味!八斗子炒飯材料好豐富,有鴨肉,蟹子,帶子和蝦肉等,飯炒得好乾爽,每一啖都食到真材實料,飯上面嘅蝦有手掌般大隻,好爽口好鮮甜美味!
