第一次嚟試呢間網上好hit嘅法國菜餐廳,見到個個都話早啲嚟先至可以好好享受😎-烤焗西班牙伊比利亞羊扒配自家製羊肉腸 超有份量嘅主菜,畀咗三大嚿羊扒同埋一條粗粗嘅羊肉腸,切開係粉紅色嘅,肉都好軟好juicy,完全冇羊膻味,再配埋酸酸甜甜嘅醬汁,一個人食晒三嚿都唔會覺得滯。-美國頂級牛腹肉12安士 我最鍾意呢個部位,唔會太肥,又唔會太韌,牛味又最重。牛肉已經切成細細嚿,好方便點唔同嘅醬汁嚟食,配菜都燒到焦脆可口,食牛之人一定會鍾意!-韃靼牛肉配和牛牛骨髓多士 入面嘅牛肉粒畀得好足!全部都係五成熟,多士都食得出特別烘過,有濃濃嘅牛油香味。一咬落去即刻feel到濃郁嘅肉味。成個味道好豐富有層次,又唔會覺得滯添。-香煎法國鵝肝配法國甜包 全場最鍾意嘅一道菜,鵝肝中間熟度啱啱好,蜜糖黑醋同埋燒無花果一齊食更加清爽,中和咗鵝肝嘅油膩感。

我最鍾意呢個部位,唔會太肥,又唔會太韌,牛味又最重。牛肉已經切成細細嚿,好方便點唔同嘅醬汁嚟食,配菜都燒到焦脆可口,食牛之人一定會鍾意!
