To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

4點多，係6點禁堂食前，可以食返個下午茶☕️與友人一行2人，各點了一個下午茶餐，一個餐前小食同一甜點首先上配餐的2 杯豆漿，一凍一熱，不會太甜，也有豆味👌🏾然後是：口水牛𦟌-$40共有8片，口水汁夠辣，也帶有少少咸味，牛𦟌也不會切得太薄，肉質不會煮得過龍而嚡熠熠。主餐部分酸辣湯配水餃-$36酸辣湯用料也足，有豆腐，菇及荀等。酸味十分突出，只有少少辣味，湯質是稠的那種。至於水餃，餃皮較接近上海口味，比較厚實，而水餃餡料味道不會太鹹，肉質也吃得出新鮮有肉味👍🏽另一主餐擔擔麵（花生醬）配雲吞-$36湯底厚實，花生醬味很濃，麵質正常，但不太掛湯雲吞皮較水餃皮薄中間餡料跟水餃餡料差不多不會太重味，肉質新鮮有肉味最後豆沙窩餅肉眼看起來不太差但佢只有餘温，也不是外脆內軟糯，咬下去是韌韌的，有點咬不開，應該是一早做好，放在保温櫃才得此效果雖然中間的紅豆餡不會太甜而感到膩，但外皮的狀態令整體大打折扣
