To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

係香港食到好食又正宗既川菜，真係好難！無辣不歡既我就約埋朋友仔去中環食瘋狂小面😃星期五既夜晚好旺場呀，等左一陣就有位啦！呢道有唔同既套餐選擇，價錢由$73-93起我地叫左兩個set (A+B+C+D)酸辣粉加麻一黎到就聞到好香既麻辣味！食落去麻而不辣，真係非常正宗既四川菜😋瘋狂碗雜麵(中辣)😋👍🏻辣度可以自己揀！我想試大辣架，但驚朋友食唔到，所以叫返中辣試下先！呢個乾撈麵上面有豆茸、雜醬，麵質好煙韌，再加埋辣真係好夾😋棒棒雞 +$28肉質好滑，又無骨，呢個仲辣過酸辣粉呀！好惹味👍🏻夫妻肺片 +$28滿滿的辣油😍但都無棒棒雞咁辣藍蝴蝶花雪梨 +$8紫貝天葵檸檬 +$8食完辣野，食返個湯水沖淡返d辣👍🏻成都老冰粉唔會好甜，材料有黑白芝麻、提子乾、花生紅棗銀耳湯凍既銀耳湯非常足料，食落清清地仲好滋潤😋
