To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

我識啲嘅朋友仔都係烈女🔥好鍾意食辣嘢所以今日一於帶佢地👯‍♀️👯‍♀️去食呢間 #四川重口味 ，位於土瓜灣嘅分店🖖呢度選擇好多分別有小炒，雞煲，酸菜魚，火鍋俾大家揀今日我哋有四個人，可以嗌不同款，首先整個🐟招牌酸菜桂花魚（中辣）夠辣夠香，又夠酸。桂花魚新鮮亂畫，火候控制得剛好配埋朔晒湯底嘅粉條，超正份量又足🥬川式手撕包菜勁好鑊氣，包菜知我們俗稱嘅椰菜，配埋乾辣椒大火，爆炒，保留椰菜原有嘅鮮味爽脆🐓四川麻辣雞煲半隻（小辣）雖然我哋嗌半隻雞份量，但係都有勁多雞件。之後用埋個四川麻辣雞煲做湯底打邊爐，小辣辣度剛剛好😋嗌咗新鮮魚卜，生猛田雞，萵筍樣樣都非常新鮮，仲要吸收晒雞煲湯底嘅精華，食到大家唔停口🔥最尾大家仲意猶未盡，叫咗個重慶酸辣粉share過下口癮🤭🤭🤭。非常正宗，辣嘢真係越升越開胃😂下次要叫多啲人一齊嚟試埋佢啲鑊氣小炒🥘
