銅鑼灣渣甸中心相信大家也絕不陌生,上一次經過時看到有家新開火鍋店,當然是叫辣妹和我一起來試吧!一於相約放工後來吃!到達後一出電梯,裝潢充滿了中國風味,色調以黑和紅為主。由於朋友一早已到了,到埗時那個鍋也剛好上桌。中間小圓桶內是藥膳湯底,味道十分清。則邊的是麻辣湯底。遠看麻辣那邊有12粒橙色的磚,近看發現原來每粒都在模仿麻雀,很用心呢!其實紅麻雀的原理就是當熱湯倒入時慢慢融化麻雀紅油。雖然湯底已夠濃,但也是堅持要點醬料。個人推介醋,加一點香蒜和蔥花,芝麻油加一點就十分夠了。食物陸續上桌,牛和豬都是小不了的!牛肉嫩滑爽口,好吃!還有鵝腸、貴妃蚌、韭菜豬肉餃、手工四寶丸、魚蛋、魚片頭、鴨血、時令雜菜籃等。極力推介成都苕粉!索汁力極高,口感雀煙韌韌,好吃!還有推介響鈴,即叫即炸,非常新鮮!推介愛吃正宗辣鍋的朋友(前提是不怕很油)!哈哈!
