位於銅鑼灣的越南餐廳,裝修簡約,牆壁上有越南風景畫,吊飾掛上越南特色小帽子。傳統越式料理,如法包、牛肉湯河、米紙卷、炸春卷等都有,選擇甚多。沙律:越式牙車快經典的越南冷盤菜式,即是雞絲沙律。一座山的份量,十分澎湃,有雞絲、花生、香葉、蘿蔔絲、青瓜絲、椰菜絲、炸蒜粒等,再淋上越式酸甜醬汁及魚露,酸酸甜甜,十分清新且開胃。越菜推介:牛油果米紙卷米紙卷新鮮包起切成一口份量,方便夾起來食用。口感煙韌,包裹著炸蒜片、牛油果、粉絲、紅蘿蔔絲,本身加了些沙律醬汁,所以不用蘸醬料也夠味。越式湯河:越式生牛肉湯河生牛肉片多片,很足料,肉質軟腍,牛味濃;湯底也帶牛肉鮮香,河粉很掛湯,吸收了湯底精華。另外還有些洋蔥、蔥花、芽菜、九層塔作調味。越式湯檬:札肉雞絲湯檬粉檬粉的麵質相對不是太掛湯,湯底比牛肉清淡一點。札肉三大片,雞絲大塊。沙冰類:牛油果沙冰沙冰解渴,透心涼。牛油果味道清淡,可能果肉未熟透。
