難得地鐵終於開通左南港島線,就做一日鐵膠,順便係鴨脷洲遊覽覓食,結果尋到寶!位置好就腳只係喺地鐵站轉左行兩三分鐘左右,鋪頭細細只有兩三個員工,但五臟俱全。採用開放式廚房,睇到廚師點樣料理菜式。菜單多元化都有好多選擇,因為想試齊唔同野食,所以叫咗小食拼盤、炸蝦餅撈檬同青木瓜豬頸肉沙律食😋口喝叫埋蜂蜜柚子茶同咸檸七,標準做法。第一份上菜係撈檬,好好食差d唔記得影相🙈蝦餅新鮮炸起,外層香脆內層爽口彈牙!檬粉粉質較幼身,食落好香米味,調味汁都掩蓋唔到佢陣米味!慣性自助落撈檬汁,幾鍾意佢個玻璃樽口,容易控制落汁嘅份量,出面嘅瓶口太闊,我次次唔小心就落得太多好似浸湯咁lol青木瓜多到唔駛錢咁,配洋蔥同花生碎,可以用撈檬汁拌住一齊食,清新開胃。豬頸肉比較厚身大大塊,邊位燒得甘香,口感略嫌韌左少少。原來小食幾大份唔客氣,2個人食每人都有兩件扎肉、雞翼、春卷食,豬頸肉就多到食唔晒🙈扎肉有兩隻味,原味同有餡,餡料係豬耳仔,食落爽脆為扎肉平添豐富口感。香茅雞翼同春卷炸得乾爽冇油,米紙卷住素菜香口得來清爽唔肥膩,雞翼就食得出係有香茅,而且肉質嫩滑😳一啖你就食得出全部都係自家製作!因為食得出菜式既味道同口感同出

因為食得出菜式既味道同口感同出面既食肆真係有差別,忍唔住向伙計探料,原來老闆專程係越南學廚,材料都係越南入口,務求將當地口味完美呈現。好高性價比!野食份量太大,2個人食唔哂先係百零蚊埋單。不過可能天氣熱,冷氣有d大,啲菜嚟到好快變凍,得快d趁熱食!
