呢期真係好有食神,成日都出街食飯,唔理咁多啦,食完先減呀。今晚就去左旺角瓊華中心七樓喜來係稀肉食韓式燒烤。店員好有禮貌帶我地入坐。中間有個自助機吧, 有前菜例如泡菜,生菜等等。我地一共嗌左牛肉眼扒$158,豬頸肉$150,五花腩$180,豬皮$150同蟹籽紫菜飯糰$50。 QR 落單之後嘢食好快到。第一道就係食牛肉,因為最快熟吖嘛。牛肉厚薄適中,入口充滿牛肉嘅香味,而且脂肪較少,唔會覺得好肥膩。之後就到韓燒必食五花腩,脂肪同肉嘅比例近乎完美,燒到兩邊金黃色,再用爽口生菜包,加入落少少泡菜令到成個味道更加協調。韓式豬皮非常厚實,燒完之後入口雖然邪惡,但係10分好味,帶有少少甜味,令味道口感更加豐富。最後食埋個過蟹籽飯團就10分滿足。
