昨天到咗 K11 Musea 吃越南菜為朋友賀壽,必然之選就係我至愛的牛油雞翼和蒜子炒通菜梗,每次吃都覺得大滿足! 越南蜜柚燒蝦沙律,大蝦🍤新鮮爽口,柚子鮮味香甜。香芋蟹肉春卷,每卷都份量十足,脆而不膩! 香茅黑毛豬鞍惹味啖啖肉,河內生牛肉粉依然保持水準!就只有超巨型的炸軟殼蟹可能炸漿過多,不夠鬆脆!🦀整體而言,相當好味!就算 high tea 時段也人龍不絕,記住等齊人先好入座呀,因為進餐時間為 75 mins!
