To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

正宗好食魚蛋粉

今次體驗，味道一定要俾滿分。就係以前食潮州魚蛋粉既味道。魚片頭同魚蛋夠彈牙得嚟仲感覺到咬既係魚肉纖維，而唔係超市買果啲咁，食落只係有魚味既麵粉。再者其魚肉味相當濃厚。通常出面啲魚蛋會用大量胡椒味掩蓋住魚肉既腥味，而呢度只係食到魚鮮味，可見其用既魚夠靚夠新鮮。湯頭都係值得一讚，白色既魚湯，熱辣辣上嚟超級鮮甜。本身諗住試飲一羹，點知越飲越上癮，食到最後成碗湯汁都飲晒。而且喉嚨一啲乾涸既感覺都無，就係果種自家煲既魚湯咁，純天然，完全無味精既感覺。難怪會中午成日見人排晒隊等食。而價位其實都偏高，但呢個質素嚟講完全值得!
