我有個朋友好鍾意食川菜,無辣不歡,上次又比佢搵到間新野,喺銅鑼灣嘅川府宴,一上到去鋪面唔算大,有少少私房菜嘅格局,全場大概得10張枱,所以服務都好周到。老火燉湯$48口水雞$88口水雞簡直係食川菜嘅必點之選,作為前菜,口水雞恰如其分,非常開胃,加左蔥花同芝麻令到成個未到更有層次,上面嘅辣醬帶小小咸,調出口水雞嘅鮮味。紙包牛肉$268上菜嘅時候成個紙包拎上嚟,係我面前展開,好得意,裏面有好多辣椒,有啲似辣子雞嘅牛肉版,唔好以為好似辣子雞咁啲肉細細粒,裏面嘅牛肉好大塊,而且件件到酥炸過,更加惹味,酥炸牛肉做到外脆內軟,裏面一啲都唔乾身,同外面帶果種麻辣食落好夾。幹鍋花菜$88花菜原來即係椰菜花咁解,用落去煮原來好夾,好入味,椰菜花煮得好琳,食落有好麻嘅感覺,因為係蔬菜嘅關係,感覺識落冇咁肥膩,但係又品嚐到川菜嘅麻辣。擔擔面$35細細碗同想像中嘅唔同,原來係撈麵並唔係湯麵,呢種食飯真係好新鮮,食落唔算辣,仲好清新。紅糖冰粉$38呢個紅糖冰粉好似啫喱,加左紅糖甜甜地又補血,食完辣野解辣一流。兩個人食咗$600左右,坐得又舒服,成晚慢慢傾計都得。

花菜原來即係椰菜花咁解,用落去煮原來好夾,好入味,椰菜花煮得好琳,食落有好麻嘅感覺,因為係蔬菜嘅關係,感覺識落冇咁肥膩,但係又品嚐到川菜嘅麻辣。
