今晚和個內地同事食飯,就帶咗我去尖東嘅「川味亭」,佢話絕對係正宗嘅四川菜。行到門口已經聞到濃郁嘅燒烤味吸引住,果然色香味俱全,冇介紹錯。法式鵝肝多士:鵝肝燒得外脆內嫩,而且夠厚切,配合埋秘製燒汁和多士一齊食,雖然邪惡,但真係好味道食唔停口。燒扇貝、生蠔:用料夠新鮮,火候控制得好,再加埋濃郁嘅蒜蓉,鮮味十足。燒白鱔:白鱔厚身,食落肉質夠彈牙,魚油味濃郁。厚切牛舌心:牛舌心真係夠厚切,牛肉味濃郁,配埋辣粉、孜然粉,味道豐富。五花腩:五花腩嘅脂肪分層平均,火燒過後逼出香濃嘅豬油味,用嚟送酒真係一流。䔉十蓉原條茄子:茄子超粗壯又大條,兩個人食啱晒,而且火燒得唔會太乾身,保留茄肉嘅水份,所以食落仲好Juicy,呢個必叫。

䔉十蓉原條茄子:
茄子超粗壯又大條,兩個人食啱晒,而且火燒得唔會太乾身,保留茄肉嘅水份,所以食落仲好Juicy,呢個必叫。
