今日去左探搬左入馬鞍山既朋友,去完佢間新屋後坐左陣後就去左佢屋企樓下附近搵食,就咁睇原來呢度都好多新的餐廳,但係就網上見評價呢間唔錯就食喇,餐廳在香港有多家分店,在星加坡曾被選為米芝蓮一星。我地點咗幾個都沒食過嘅,當試新野了,反正佢新出左野!最先上既係蝦苗拌頭水紫菜 - 賣相亮黑,彷如密質質的黑松露般!紫菜用兩片薄薄青瓜包裹著,拌入蝦苗及醋,質感滑溜豐富。紫菜的香配上爽甜的蝦苗,更能顯出層次感的鹹鮮味!跟住既係「百秒黃花魚」,原來呢道餸獲得米芝蓮一星嘅殊榮。廚房將魚身劏開一半,有熱湯浸住。魚肉又滑又鮮甜,完全唔腥。魚骨比較少同幼。跟住就係主食既「莆田滷麵」。一碗麵有12種食材,有菜有肉有海鮮有豆卜。味道一般,好似平時食團餐農家菜咁,材料都算新鮮,味道亦可,岩曬送魚!今日嘅主角,就係「紅菇燉土雞」!一放底已經有陣陣嘅雞湯香味。飲落個湯好清,不過略嫌咸左少少,但都幾正!最後就係小食「酥炒芋芯」,芋芯由糖漿包住拎去炒,所以個皮脆脆地,而芋頭好粉,一咬落去外面脆得嚟又有少少黐入面就好粉,都幾好食。 整體味道也不錯,可能是米芝蓮餐廳期望會再高一點,而酥炒芋芯是驚喜之作!
