To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

平時諗唔到食咩的時候就會去GO GO Mall，攤檔多，又平又多選擇！其中一間常幫襯的就係馬拉公公。馬拉公公主打正宗檳城風味，不含味精，大份夾抵食。點了🐱檳城肉骨茶$48 （加白飯$4）四條大大的排骨炆得挺腍，肉挺多，也入味。加上幾件大大條的油條，脆脆地咬落去又有湯汁滲出，口感挺特別。仲有大大顆雞蛋，感覺挺豐富！🐱南乳雞翼黑醬干撈麵$45選了粗麵，很掛汁！跟店家特製的醋很搭配。南乳雞翼大大隻，炸得金黃，南乳味香。跟肥大的芽菜一起吃口感層次多，也中和了肉的油膩感。🐱跟餐薏米水 $10薏米挺多，大大枝，清甜！🐱跟餐馬拉拉茶$7奶味濃，感覺很正宗！
