To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

Chatterbox Café係新加坡嘅過江龍餐廳，係香港都有幾間分店。Chatterbox本身係新加坡東方文華大酒店內嘅一間新加坡菜餐廳，佢最出名就係佢嘅文華海南雞飯。文華海南雞飯 ($138)文華海南雞飯係Chatterbox Café 嘅皇牌菜式。雖然係海南雞飯，但雞嘅份量都唔少。無骨海南雞用慢煮嘅方法煮熟，所以肉質嫩滑，連最難處理嘅雞胸肉都唔會鞋。雞皮爽彈，而皮同肉之間都有一層啫喱，完成無肥膏。海南雞會跟三款醬汁，分別係黑醬油、辣醬同姜蓉，三款醬汁都好出色。另一主角油飯都同樣出色，勁香雞油味。附上嘅一碗雞湯都十分足料。咖喱豬肋骨煲配白飯及香脆薄餅（$142）豬肋骨用上西施骨，肉質鮮嫩有油香。配合埋咖喱同茄子、薯仔同秋葵一齊炆煮，勁香勁惹味。
