今日去咗銅鑼灣一間日式炸串專門店,店內環境舒適,好有氣氛,感覺好似去咗日本咁。首先,我哋點咗博多牛腸鍋二人份,選擇咗鹽湯底。湯底清淡而不失味道,牛腸煮到剛好,口感滑順,搭配新鮮的蔬菜,真係一絕。平目薄切上場,魚肉新鮮,切得薄薄的,口感嫩滑,搭配醬油食,更加提升咗魚的鮮味。每一口都令人回味無窮。然後試咗日本雞蛋豬肉卷,豬肉卷得恰到好處,味道豐富,再加上滑嫩的雞蛋,簡直係完美組合,食完唔會覺得膩。Hakata wagyu minced culet 亦唔可以錯過,外脆內嫩,每一口都能感受到和牛的香濃,實在太好味!作為前菜,我哋選咗牛舌同薯仔沙律。牛舌切得薄薄,咬下去充滿肉汁,薯仔沙律清爽可口,平衡咗整體口味。再來一碗博多豬骨湯鐵板炒麵,麵條炒得香脆,湯底濃郁,真係好適合喜歡重口味嘅食客。最後,我哋唔可以錯過日本生蠔同和牛壽司!生蠔新鮮得嚟,口感滑順,和牛壽司則係一口一口的享受,和牛的香氣在口中綻放。
