To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

放假去咗中上環周圍行吓，肚餓喺附近搵吓嘢食，見到有間係斜路嘅南洋餐廳，都幾多人幫襯，同朋友入去試吓餐牌有好多唔同選擇，揀咗個冬陰功金邊粉配泰式串燒，想食下重口味刺激味蕾，餐廳好特別咁用個鐵鍋做器皿，份量唔少，而且冬陰功充滿唔同嘅香料、香茅等等，味道濃郁，酸酸地好開胃，仲有豆卜等配料串燒賣相唔同其他餐廳，因為係比較多汁，醬料用好多花生調配，口味獨特，甜甜地，有一串牛、一串豬同兩串雞肉，好豐富，亦燒得夠香朋友就叫咗個咖喱豬頸肉飯，佢話唔似港版咖喱，因為好濃郁，味道亦夠辣，而且用好多配料例如洋蔥、青椒、辣椒去調配，所以比較貼近東南亞口味而豬頸肉燒得好香，配上咖哩食一流餐飲揀咗熱奶茶，茶底香濃，飲落香滑，唔會得個甜字食完呢餐好滿足，價錢又唔貴，下次可以試下海南雞飯等等
