To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

今日食午餐去附近雅都搵嘢食見到呢間馬拉公公,見到主打正宗馬拉菜，咁啱又想食啲辣辣地嘅嘢,即刻俾佢吸引咗去試吓🤓亞多（酸辣）叻沙麵($46)加豬頸肉個喇沙湯底椰汁味幾濃同時間有少少酸酸辣辣嘅味道食落感覺幾開胃, 另外面底可以自己選擇我就揀咗摻摻（油面加米粉）咁樣嘅組合意外地好幾可以掛到喇沙湯嘅味道🤤 豬頸肉識落幾香口，表皮口感脆脆👍🏻福建蝦湯麵($46)加豬頸肉濃郁嘅蝦湯辣得來又帶有幾濃郁嘅蝦鮮味同豬油香，配上同豬頸肉芽菜食落好爽口，食得出係用新鮮食材做👍🏻南乳雞翼（$23）表皮煎到夠脆口，鹹鹹地而且帶有微微嘅酒香👍🏻柚子蜜&青檸梳打兩杯飲落幾清新酸酸甜甜嘅口感喺食完濃味湯麵之後解膩10分好👍🏻
