去任何一間餐廳,你自己笑定喊,睇你識唔識點菜;坐低叫個【鮑魚燒賣】先,個頭開得好,有型又得體。【千層蝦酥盒】,賣相正,蝦鮮味彈牙,酥皮脆而鬆軟,酥盒裡面仲有蘑菇,好少人能抗拒。如果以為點心佬做甜品差啲,咁就錯晒!呢個 【Crème Brûlée】就算咩都唔食都要點,濃滑香甜,有國際水準!我怕熱氣,但我所有朋友都中意呢個【帶子芋蓉角】,係幼細嘅脆,裡面係幼細嘅滑,而且真材實料,所以幾乎逢到必點。點解呢間值得推介?你知道幾多食肆用雪藏點心、多鹽、多糖、多油格?!你知香港開街舖租貴人工高,依然遇到一間用心、用料正、少咸、無味精,應該珍惜、支持下!
