呢間​餐廳位於銅鑼灣皇冠假日酒店, 聽講有2個來自日本的米芝蓮星級大廚坐陣, 主打江戶前壽司Omakase, 日前連Mirror教主都係坐上客。當日我叫左Ume Omakase Set ($1,180+10%),有頭盤,刺身,15貫壽司,味增湯同甜品。アカマイ 赤身赤身油脂較少,雖然薄切,不過口感唔錯カスゴ 春子鯛春子鯛屬日本真鯛,不過係BB版,肉質更嫩カツオ 鰹魚鰹魚刺身好少食,好特別白エビと雲丹(海膽)海膽新鮮甜美, 有微微海水咸味, 正師傅話餐廳既食材全龍都係由日本豐洲市場新鮮直送香港,有d品種係香港係比較少見,不過都係都時既時令食材。加上餐廳有兩個獨立房間,私隱度高,難怪教主都黎幫襯。
