Odelice!由法國藉老闆主理,本來位於灣仔蘭杜街,雖然並非鄰近地鐵站且位置比較偏僻,但名氣卻是不容小覷。曾經在灣仔本店享用晚餐,雖說是正宗法國菜餐廳,但卻是走比較輕鬆悠閒的路線,以沙律、三文治、法式蕎麥薄餅(Galettes)、意粉、法式可麗餅(Crêpes)和窩夫等為主。 數個月前Odelice!終於在九龍區開設分店,雖對居於新界區的我而言亦不算是相當方便,但比起灣仔絕對是便捷得多。尖沙咀店景觀開揚,與灣仔店的悠閒風截然相反,感覺比較高雅別緻;餐牌與灣仔店大致相同,但發現當中亦有部分新菜式。 煎封芝麻吞拿魚 ($138)120克薄切吞拿魚略經炙燒,肉質偏瘦但細嫩,配上柑橘醬和柑橘果肉感覺清爽。 牛油果燒雞沙律 ($98)沙律份量多性價比高,雞肉屬於雞腿位故特別嫩滑,雞皮香脆而不油膩;牛油果熟得透徹相當香濃綿滑, 香草蒜蓉牛油法包外層香脆內層柔韌,加上牛油果及新鮮爽脆的沙律菜自製開邊多士同吃別有一番風味。 時令鮮魚 ($158)當日時令鮮魚為三文魚,肉身肥美飽滿並煎得皮脆肉嫩,只以少量鹽分調味特別突顯魚油脂香豐腴,白酒刁草汁淡淡清香不會蓋過魚香,底下的自製薯蓉亦相當綿密香糯。 普羅

普羅旺斯雜燴(Ratatouille)是法國南部尼斯、普羅旺斯一款特色菜式,主要以番茄作為基底,再將各種蔬菜材料如炒蒜、茄子、西葫蘆、洋蔥、燈籠椒、墨角蘭(marjoram)等分別煮熟然後一起烹調而成,味道與羅宋湯有異曲同工之妙,但這款明顯更加鮮美香濃,蔬菜亦烹煮得軟綿入味。

蕎麥薄餅質感輕薄而邊位微脆,帶有蕎麥的顆粒感因此口感比較粗糙,個人甚是喜愛這種富層次感的口感,但飽足感不足以當作正餐享用。這款薄餅配以圖盧茲肉腸、埃文達芝士、焦糖洋蔥和彩椒,鹹香味濃。

可麗餅厚薄適中,煙韌濕潤更富蛋奶香;蘋果肉煮至香甜軟綿但仍保留少量爽脆口感,美中不足是個人認為肉桂香及海鹽焦糖醬的鹹香可再加強。

無可否認,每道菜份量的確不算太多,價位屬於中上,但以法國菜而言價錢絕非開天殺價,加上食物正宗而質素有保證,依然會是我想要品嚐正宗法式薄餅的三甲選擇之一。
