「船皇」係泰國過江龍我相信好多人都知。如果啲質素唔好嘅話就唔會喺泰國🇹🇭擁有近50間分店啦。睇睇餐牌後頁簡介先知道原來「船皇」喺30幾年前係由一架手推車檔起家嘅。香港船皇提供嘅麵食及小食製法跟足泰國嗰邊,所有材料及食材都係由泰國運到香港,咁就可以保證原汁原味啦。▫️船皇湯麵 (HKD58) - 店鋪招牌麵點都要試吓。麵類揀咗河粉,可自選辣度🌶️碗麵嘅食材有齊牛雞及豬😋牛肉片、牛腩、牛肉丸、雞絲、雞翼、豬肉、豬肉丸、豬潤,好足料㗎。船麵湯底用牛骨同埋多種香料熬煮超過10小時。味道濃郁又夠惹味👍🏻▫️炸雞脾撈麵 (HKD52) - 呢個係店家新出品嘅船麵,因為嗰隻巨雞脾而好受食客歡迎。炸雞脾肉嫩亦都好多汁😋呢碗麵製作需時,因為隻雞脾係即叫即炸㗎。▫️泰仔凍奶茶 (HKD21) -呢度嘅奶茶係用一個碗裝住要用飲管飲😆😆▫️炸豬皮 (HKD15) - 雖然本身係冇味道嘅,但只要將豬皮浸一浸落船麵湯底後先食就好夠味㗎啦。泰式車仔麵亦都好吸引,下次要試吓先😆
