旺角一向都有好多食肆,競爭都相當大,所以一定要好食先做得住,呢間泰國菜,一連三間,就去試一試。冬陰公豬頸肉河泰式粉類有好多不同配撘,揀啱肉類/海鮮再配粉類,再配湯底,湯底有三個選擇,清湯、牛骨湯同冬陰公湯,今次就揀左冬陰公湯。個湯底好香,好多香料既味道,帶有少少辣,又咁會太辣,豬頸肉燒得好香,醃得入味,入囗彈牙,每一片切得厚薄度適中,口感啱啱好,河粉爽身,唔會索哂湯底,整體不俗。碗粉堅.地道同幾好味,值得一試。
