To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

媽媽突然話想食泰菜，諗起之前係元朗食過一間唔錯，所以就帶左佢黎試下。由於廚師全部都係泰國人，所以呢度既味道好正宗👍🏻蝦膏豬肉碎炒飯 $88炒飯炒得乾身，好夠鑊氣，蝦膏味重，但唔會食到覺得好口渴。配料有蝦米、雞蛋絲、臘腸、洋蔥等，口感豐富泰北燒牛肉 $98叫左七成熟，上枱已經一條條切好，食起上黎好方便，牛肉肉質軟腍，配有特製醬汁，酸酸辣辣，旁邊重有燒菇串燒拼盤 $118豬、牛、雞、雞腎、泰式臘腸、雞全翼各一串，配有沙嗲醬。串燒好有炭燒味，火候控制得好，唔會好乾椰青 $39清甜解渴，飲完刮埋入面啲椰肉食當甜品
