孜然扇子骨真係可以做到好夠鑊氣,扇子骨嘅乾辣椒真係可以炒到好香,扇子骨表面乾脆,但入邊依然保持到內部嘅嫩滑同鮮美,充滿孜然粉味,唔會覺得有油膩感,加埋配料既炸花生送酒一流。不一樣酸菜魚係一種可以飲得嘅湯底,完全唔油膩,湯底偏酸,但係好開胃,唔腥而且帶點魚鮮,最正係魚肉十分滑嫩唔多骨容易食,酸菜魚最底有我最鐘意配料,薯粉吸滿湯汁。鹽焗雞蒸得啱啱好雞肉肉質鮮嫩,甚至連雞胸部份都同樣咁滑,入口鹹香冇肥膩感,半隻但份量都不少,雞件睇落去好有光澤。

不一樣酸菜魚
