As someone who studied in California, I think this is a place for prime rib that is true to its origin. Every detail has been taken care of to make sure that the customers' experience are exactly the same as the ones in U.S. This include very friendly service with detail explanations that is concise and to the point. Selections and prices are straight forward. Lawry's cut should be a good selection for guys while the california cut will be better for young ladies.Overall the experience is nice a

Overall the experience is nice and will definitely go there many times, as I am a prime rib fan.
On a separate note, I think it is important to respect one's presentation, because it is very close to prime rib house in the U.S. It is authentic U.S. prime rib and I don't think it is fair to criticize the presentation and culture. To say it is not your style is similar to saying that ladies should not be wearing traditional wear from Qing Dynasty in Chinese restaurants, as an example.
