To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 今日星期六陪媽咪去中環買年貨，唔知吃什麼，於是網上搵下有咩推薦的店鋪。睇下睇下媽咪想吃蛇羹，就揀咗蛇王芬來吃lunch。店鋪的招牌好显眼、一下就搵到，在門口就開始聞到蛇羹的特殊香味。呢間一睇就知係老字號，墻上有好多報道，裡面的環境乾淨又有兒時的味道。上菜好快，蛇羹我雖然不吃，但是媽咪話好好味好正宗，睇落來真係色香味俱全。豉油皇炒麵好有鍋氣，豆芽的爽脆，韭黃和韭菜的香氣，雖然簡單但係每一啖都吃得出好滋味。還點咗芋頭滑雞煲，裡面的芋頭每一塊都是鬆鬆軟軟的，唔知係不係落咗椰漿在裡面，芋頭真係勁好吃，大家有去一定要試下點呢個芋頭滑雞煲！最後總有個薑汁炒芥藍，都好好味，反正我們全部都吃嗮。吃飯的時候注意到隔離有個通關之後翻香港的阿姐同夥計聊天，應該是老顧客。他們彼此之間的寒暄和關心我聽落都覺得溫馨，她還買咗好多臘味翻屋企，師傅好細心話她知點整好味的煲仔飯。時代的潮流或者會令老字號的店越來越少，但係我唸，我們需要呢點有情懷的老字號存在。
