所謂正宗蝦麵，其實一點都不正宗。極其量只能稱為有蝦味的蝦麵。蝦麵最重要的蝦油同辣椒膏都冇，排骨就用肉片頂上。兩個人去食個麵同海南雞飯，竟然要轉3次桌，食到好似走難咁。
