話哂2022年第一個post,又無得返鄉下🥺...點可以咁求奇!今次我哋去咗位於中環嘅餐廳食蟹!而負責今次omakase嘅係由廣瀬所負責!入到餐廳,我哋已經聽到好多日本人係度食緊飯,如果唔係侍應姐姐句"歡迎您,X先生!"我哋真係以為飛咗去日本😂因為我哋訂位時已要求食乜,所以入到座,廣瀬先生簡單介紹下自己,了解我哋有乜唔食或想加和將會有乜食之後,美食之旅正式開始!頭盤:有三碟,原諒我哋掛住食而忘記咗詳細資訊,由最輕味嘅果仁豆腐漬,中間嘅毛蟹魚子醬沙酸汁沙律到最濃味嘅一道由芥辣味噌而組成嘅前菜組合,成功令我哋胃口大增!刺身:分別有雪場蟹,拖羅,油甘魚。每一款都好新鮮。而且wasabi係新鮮即磨,唔係市面上買到嗰啲。而且居然仲有時令爽口冰菜,冰菜係好講求新鮮嘅蔬菜,唔新鮮就唔鮮甜爽口,真心無諗過係日本菜中見到,夠哂特別,真材實料😌炭燒雪場蟹腳:味道鮮甜,口感嫩滑,厚肉多汁!餐廳已經幫我地處理哂啲殼唔需要自己拆,唯一要做嘅係拿走個殼,再一啖咬落去,啖啖肉😋炸蟹春卷:一聽個名蟹肉春卷以為冇乜特別,廣瀬主廚同我哋講 "Please try, you will be happy." 可能見到我哋個樣

炭燒雪場蟹腳:味道鮮甜,口感嫩滑,厚肉多汁!餐廳已經幫我地處理哂啲殼唔需要自己拆,唯一要做嘅係拿走個殼,再一啖咬落去,啖啖肉😋

炸蟹春卷:一聽個名蟹肉春卷以為冇乜特別,廣瀬主廚同我哋講 "Please try, you will be happy." 可能見到我哋個樣係有少少驚愕。但食第一啖後我哋 "嘩"咗一聲,有驚喜😍 餡料係用咗即拆蟹肉、麵豉同白忌廉,食落有少少似fusion菜式嘅感覺,味道好特別,啱啱炸起熱辣辣好脆口,夠哂邪惡😈

箱根蟹白子烏冬:白子刺身就食得多啦,煮熟左嘅白子就真係第一次食。口感一樣係咁綿,唯一嘅唔同就係冇左刺身嗰種滑溜嘅感覺。蟹一樣好鮮甜,不過炭燒嘅方法更可以突顯到蟹嘅鮮甜味。至於其他食材,由蔬菜到烏冬全部都係日本入口嫁,一啖烏冬一啖鰹魚湯,食完全身都暖笠笠,正😛

蟹粥:最後一道蟹粥為餐飯畫上完美嘅句號😌 蟹嘅鮮甜味完全融入左蟹粥,唔洗加任何調味料都好好食。日本粥唔似一般廣東粥咁煮到好綿,而係米嘅質感仲係到,感覺就好似煮到有少少爛加由鰹魚和蟹一齊煮成為好濃郁嘅湯,溫度唔會話辣口而要灘凍先食到,就算我哋本身唔係特別好粥,都食個不停😋

總結一下喇,以午市黎講千七蚊一位的確係偏貴左啲🤏🏻 不過按食材新鮮度、服務質素和細心程度真心不錯,鐘意食蟹嘅可以嚟一試~
