今次同朋友嚟到呢一間碗碗香食正宗貴林牛肉粉,大廚同侍應都係以鄉下話溝通,感覺夠地道。同朋友兩個人叫咗紅油牛肉粉(微辣)同清湯牛肉粉配兩杯苦丁茶。首先試咗清湯湯底,湯底加左花椒粉同胡椒粉,所以即使唔係食麻辣湯底,依然會有舌頭麻痹嘅感覺(注:麻辣的麻味來自花椒,辣味來自辣椒),清湯得來又唔會太清淡。至於紅油湯底,湯底落咗辣椒油,呢個就辣味比較重而無麻味,同時亦落左酸菜,識落酸酸辣辣,非常開胃,如果鍾意酸味較重嘅人可以要求加酸菜!兩碗牛肉粉都用左牛腩同牛肉片作為配料,兩者肥瘦適中,肉質非常軟嫩,份量都夠多。而米粉比較粗身,粗幼度同烏冬差唔多,食落夠滑溜彈牙!如果食到覺得好辣,可以飲苦丁茶,有清熱下火嘅功效,飲完的確非常解辣。
