三月中旬「蘇廬」乃SOLO之中譯,老闆是位愛咖啡的有心人,朋友眾多絕非solo之輩,偶欣賞先苦後甜的越式蒸餾咖啡,苦源於越南咖啡,甜則是煉奶味道,如胡志明街頭喝到的極濃咖啡般,乃本地難得的正宗越式苦、甜味道對比強烈味道,這,不易在坊間越南菜館喝得到,是用心的出品。
