Super spicy and tangy, great refreshing appetizer. Shrimps are well marinated so plump and tender, very good value too as there is 15 pieces (compared to pomelo salad with 4 only)


Pomelo Prawn Salad (越南蜜柚燒蝦沙律) $108


Most expensive and least tastiest. The prawns are over cooked but had good flavor, gave a lot of pomelo with some toasted cashews and chunks of cucumber. Only 4 pieces of prawns though 🥲


Salmon Rolls (三文魚米紙卷) $90


Each roll is not as stuffed as I thought by super flavorful, salmon is grilled well but on the small side, sauce inside made it less dry. 4 big pieces so can be a meal alone.

Angus Beef Pho (安格斯牛肉粉) $98


Highlight of the night, we ate the raw beef cooked in the hot broth quickly when still pink so it remained tender, it also absorbed the broth flavors so well. 5 big pieces which is more than enough. The noodles are also really really good. Springy and chewy but soft and also absorbed the broth really well. Slurping it with the savory broth really reminded me of Vietnam. Adequate portion to be a meal. Adding the bean sprouts and toppings also gave it a much needed crunch and fresh herby flavor. Lime juice made it more refreshing to drink the whole bowl of soup 😋


Chinese Kale (蝦米子芥蘭苗) $88


Crunchy kale with a light and savory sauce, topped with crispy dried shrimp and shallots. Humongous portion, very worth the money.

💬 Overall, delicious authentic Vietnamese meal of great value, highly recommend if looking for not too expensive place at K11 Musea. The only flaw is the service, terrible from the register counter and waiters that take forever to refill water even though they walk around constantly. They also never take away empty plates.
