To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

之前喺網上見到有越南人拍片訪問老闆娘，哇全香港最好食嘅越南菜就係呢間，所以大老遠走咗去從未去過嘅大窩口站搵食！其實我都已經差不多兩點先到，但係全店都仲係坐滿晒人，個個人嘅枱上面都至少叫左三四樣嘢，好巴閉！我叫咗個烤肉越南法包，絕對係我人生食過最好食嘅！仲要只係$50 ，超級無敵抵食！以前喺中環嗰邊食，一個都起碼$90 ，仲要好細件。呢間啲嗰啲香草一咬落去就食得出同當年喺越南食嘅味道！雖然都等咗大概15至20分鐘先有得食，但係絕對係值得等待㗎！個包外脆內軟，牛肉醃得好入味，仲有好多配菜之後仲叫咗個蟹膏粉又係好濃郁嘅湯底，超級好食！雖然夏天喺地鐵站行過嚟都要10分鐘到，確實係會成身大汗，但係絕對值得
